Fandoghi pistachio is one of the most popular Iranian pistachios. this is classified among the round types of pistachios. It’s harvested in late September until Mid-October and is usually available throughout the year.
Fandoghi pistachio is smaller than other kinds of pistachios and slightly bigger than hazelnut. (so it’s called fandoghi that means hazelnut-like in appearance).
The color of its kernel is green, its outer skin has a reddish purple color and its shell is naturally light cream.
Fandghi pistachio is high in rate of Naturally Opened. It has become popular among customers due to its small size that makes it more economical because the number of pistachios per kilogram is more than other types.

Applications
